Right now, we are looking for an IT Solution Architect to join our team.

As our IT Solution Architect, you will contribute in defining Telia’s Customer Identity and access management solutions as well as developer experience in Telia. As IT Solution Architect your main purpose is to guide, mentor and lead our development team.
In the role as Lead Solution Architect, you work closely with the our development team, Product Owner , other Domain Architects, IT Department heads and other stakeholders to secure that the deliveries of the teams are met. You will be responsible for creating and communicating our architectural strategy in the area. Since we are working according to SAFe you will be responsible for creating Epics , features , solution designs and defining the non-functional requirements. Your will hold a major role in our PI plannings as making sure the solution is designed and ready for implementation.

Since our team is spread across several countries, you need to have good communication skills and you need to be a true team player. A lot of virtual teamwork is expected. I believe you are solution oriented, not afraid to initiate new solutions or initiatives, and have a natural drive to reach your goals. Being analytical is a large plus.
Your main responsibilities:
Create architectural strategy to support our delivery teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and architecturally sound. You will explain internally in the unit and to other units and stakeholders in a clear way.
Present target architecture and have that documented in our EA repositories, today we use Sparx and BART
Drive CIAM area according to strategic decisions in a modern, Agile and DevOps way, following our reference frameworks; NIST, OpenID Connect, SCIM, SAML2, Ouath2 TMForum: ODA and Open API
Your personal competencies:

Develop short and long-range plans that are comprehensive and realistic.
Your Experience:
Identity & Access area with skills in Authentication, Authorization, IGA, RBAC, ABAC ,MFA and Federation.
Experience of working in cloud native environment
Familiarity with modern programming languages like GoLang, NodeJs , React etc.
An academic degree preferably in computer science or similar.
Experience with architectural frameworks and thinking, preferable ODA, TAM, OAPI, and eTOM
Experience from working with agile methods, preferable SAFe
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
