My name is Viktorija Kulvinskienė, and I am leading Process Development team in Sales and Customer Service Division at Telia Lietuva. Our team consists of diverse professionals dedicated to our customers, technology and Telia’s success. Currently, we are shaping a new role and seeking a driven Process Specialist to join us in Vilnius!

As a Process Specialist, your primary challenge will be to contribute to the enhancement and optimization of our organizational processes. You will play a crucial role in analysing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive efficiency in B2X Customers Journey related processes. Additionally you will play a supportive role in other projects or initiatives.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate process improvements will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  • Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to track the impact of changes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Document updated processes.

  • Solid communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and excel at working with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy digging into data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations

Your experience and skills:

  • >2 years prior work experience working in process improvement, business analysis
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages
  • Awareness in process mapping and analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of sales processes in shops, contact center, back office (advantage)
  • Project management skills (advantage)
  • Experience working in a large or international organization (advantage).

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2500– 3500Eur gross plus yearly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
