Service delivery manager (Pool SDM)
Hi, I am Laurynas Urniežius, lead of Service Delivery Management team in Telia. I have gathered a great team of like-minded professionals that I am really proud of and we are currently looking for ambitious and forward-thinking Pool SDM. "Pool" refers to the position of 'Service Delivery Manager,' specifically tailored for efficiently managing services for numerous B2B clients (except Premium customers).

Your job is to take care of our B2B customers and drive them as partial IT manager. This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, IT demand management and customer relationships. You will spend a lot of time on your own, talking to customers, but you will have a lot of back-up from IT operational support teams and their leaders. Your primary focus is a positive customer experience of IT services ensuring smooth Customer IT infrastructure changes and continual service improvements of provided IT services.
This could be achieved by close collaboration with internal IT support teams and their leaders (mainly ITSM organization), constantly providing suggestions for service improvements, coordinating change implementations, proactively recognizing and resolving service delivery issues, professional service review management for B2B Farm customers.
I am looking for a person who has experience in IT/Telco delivery and is a quick learner and forward-thinker, ambitious to go beyond expectations.
Who you are?
You are a person who know there’s no excuse for missed availability targets, outages, or unresolved problems. I expect you to adhere to the following requirements:
· Have at least 3 years working experience in IT/Telco services;
· Have good interpersonal skills to interact with a customers and colleagues;
· Good organizational skillset and analytical mindset
· Positive attitude, high motivation and problem-solving skillset;
· Understanding of IT and business processes;
· Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);

We offer a monthly base salary from 1700 Eur (gross) to 2600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
