Task information:

For the further development of our branch in Vilnius (Lithuania) we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager.

• Financial accounting in accordance with IFRS standards of the company;
• Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, tax calculation and payment procedures, and submission of financial and accounting reports to state institutions;
• Responsible for settlements with creditors and debtors, the tax authority, the state social insurance fund, and the budget;
• Control of cash or bank operations in the Company's accounts;
• Adherence to internal policies and  standards;
• Collaboration with internal and external audits, and coordination of audit work;
• Working with a directly subordinate team;
• Working on process automation.

Requirements:

• A strong educational background in accounting, finance, audit, or economics is required;
• No less than 5 years of work experience in accounting field;
• Excellent English language skills (both oral and written);
• Knowledge of and experience with IFRS and Lithuanian accounting standards;
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Good computer skills;
• Results-oriented, diligent and attentive to detail;
• Good time management and prioritization skills;
• Willingness to learn, to develop and to share your expertise with others;
• Experience in managing a team of people.
