Get Ready To:
  • Lead a team alongside Customer Support Manager of 18-25 agents working worldwide; 
  • Work on product goals and help to reach them; 
  • Monitor and report on customers’ feedback, share with the Product Lead and work together with the Customer Support Manager to identify areas of improvement;
  • Be proactive - take part and initiate new projects, implement new processes to improve standards and reach set KPIs; 
  • Work with different channels - we provide call and email support (live chat coming soon!) 
  • Be a part of the biggest product in the company and deal with challenges that it brings;
  • Make unhappy customers happy and happy ones – even happier!

We Expect You To:
  • Have no less than 3 years of experience in Customer Service and team management (call center, email support, live chat); 
  • Have fluent English both written and spoken/ another language is a plus ( Spanish/ French/ German/ Italian/ Portuguese/ Norwegian/ Swedish/ Russian/ Arabic – you name it, we’ll need it);
  • Have perfect time management skills (you will support management of your own team and work alongside product team);
  • Have basic tech knowledge - you will work closely with tech support team;
  • You are a team player and love helping people!
