Task information:

As a Digital Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in taking the development of digitization projects to a new level by turning idea to reality in a shorter period. With this role, you will be developing smart and attractive web/mobile applications and designing intelligent automation workflows, thus creating an ecosystem of connected and well-integrated digital solutions with our store ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, or other applications.

In this role you get the chance to drive digitalization projects/initiatives within the organization and  work in an open & collaborative environment, with high degree of freedom and opportunity to learn new technologies and share knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web/mobile apps using Low Code platform and design RPA or automation workflows together with agile development team.
• Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their processes, data and requirements.
• Contribute to implement, test, deployment and rollout phase.
• Research new technologies and collaborate with other IT stakeholders to identify the right fit for the problem.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and best practices to ensure quality, knowledge sharing and efficient way of working in the team.
• Solve complex problems by providing technical and operational support.
• Solution-oriented way of thinking to efficiently implement new solution requests independently and proactively present suggestions for improvement to the team.

Requirements:

• Academic Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with experience
• From 2 years of working experience in complex IT projects in software development field.
• Strong foundation in ETL, RPA, application development, front-end and back-end integration.
• Basic know how of cloud technologies and architecture.
• Working experience on Mendix or a comparable low-code platform such as PEGA, Power Apps, Oracle APEX, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar
  •  Alternatively Working experience on UiPath, Power Automate, or similar.
• Certification on Mendix or UiPath would be a plus.
• Project Management experience would be a plus.
• SCRUM or other agile development methodologies, and experience with version control software and principles (e.g., GIT)
• Strong communication skills (English), both verbal and written, with the capability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel when needed.
