Task information:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of trainings in Yara European Finance Operations and will lead professional development through continuous learning and Finance Academy frame-work setup

• Oversee and continuously develop conceptual framework of Finance Academy model
• Lead Finance Academy professional and soft-skills training development
• Administer learning processes in Yara European Finance Operations organization 
• Identify training needs and build annual training program by evaluating business requirements
• Monitor learning targets, coordinate timely training delivery
• Coordinate with internal and external training providers to organize necessary training courses
• Assess and report training levels in the teams to leadership team

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in designing/coordination of multiple training programs in a matrix organization
• Experience in training delivery for finance professionals would be considered an advantage
• Proven ability to master the full learning cycle
• Ability to convert and present complex information to engaging learning experience
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Self-driven, proactive person with good project management skills 
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
