Task information:

Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing both the online and offline sales strategy for our jewelry and diamond stores. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing and e-commerce landscape, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving  sales growth, managing e-commerce platforms, and enhancing the overall  presence of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and implementation of marketing strategy (both online and offline).
  • Creating and implementing marketing plans and adjusting them as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Formation and implementation of the financial budget.
  • Determination of investment objectives and tasks.
  • Company brand management.
  • Ensuring internal and external communication of the company.
  • Creating the image of the company and presenting the company.
  • Proactively consulting Managing Partner on strategic and tactical issues of the business.
  • Planning and organization of the work of the department, setting KPIs for the control of the functions performed by the employees
  • Urgent response to information made in public information agencies and social networks, which may have a negative impact on the Company's business reputation, name, and brand, providing, obtaining, and implementing proposals for possible measures to reduce damage to the company's business reputation.
  • Consulting the company’s employees regarding the company's representation in communication with the public representatives of information companies, social networks, in public media.
  • At the request of the CCO, report on information about activities, customers, presenting potential pipeline, and financing conditions.
  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing and others.
  • Manage marketing and e-commerce activities in Lithuania, and prepare for expansion to e-commerce to other country
  • Analyze website performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including web developers, payment processors, and logistics providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our e-commerce strategy remains competitive.
  • Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • High level of proactivity, taking ownership and independence, willingness to create and build from scratch
  • Previous leadership experience is desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce management
  • Proven track record of driving sales (online and offline) growth and managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or others).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen eye for detail and quality.
