Task information:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and target new clients and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Develop and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop new products or customize existing ones to meet client specifications.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, analyze the results.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Requirements:
- At least one year of similar experience in raw materials sales.
- Experience in export sales (outside EU).
- Ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and negotiating deals.
- Good communication skills and partnership attitude for effective client interactions and collaborations.
- Excellent English skills.
- Experience in the dairy industry would be an advantage.
