Task information:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and target new clients and market segments to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop new products or customize existing ones to meet client specifications.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, analyze the results.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of similar experience in raw materials sales.
  • Experience in export sales (outside EU).
  • Ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and negotiating deals.
  • Good communication skills and partnership attitude for effective client interactions and collaborations.
  • Excellent English skills. 
  • Experience in the dairy industry would be an advantage.
