Business Analyst (FP&A)

The Business Analyst provides accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and overall business performance. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance, the role helps drive financial efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term planning through strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights to guide business decisions.
• Track KPIs and collaborate with departments to ensure financial targets are met.
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities.
• Maintain financial systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, business cases, and strategic analysis.
• Operate within the Group’s table of authorization.

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in international FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid experience with BI tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
