Lead End User Computing Engineer

We are seeking a Lead EUC Engineer to serve as a global technical authority for our end-user technology stack. This is a high-level engineering and strategy role focused on designing and optimizing the digital workspace for a global workforce.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and operational reality. You will own the technical standards, platform roadmaps, and 3rd-level sovereignty for M365, endpoint management, and office technologies, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performance experience across all global locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global Subject Matter Expert for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Telephony.
• Define and maintain global standards for device imaging, patching, and automation.
• Partner with architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and stable long-term configurations.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace hardware standards, global printing solutions, and integrated meeting room technologies.
• Provide Tier-3 expert support for complex technical challenges, performing deep-dive root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.
• Maintain "Gold Standard" technical documentation and configuration baselines for a diverse, international environment.

Technology scope

• Microsoft 365: Full stack governance and license optimization (E5/F3).
• Endpoint Management: Expert-level Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
• Virtualization: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Collaboration Tools: Teams Telephony, AV Meeting Room solutions, and Digital Signage platforms.
• Enterprise Tools: Document services and electronic signature integration.

• 5+ years of deep technical experience in EUC and M365 infrastructure within a large-scale global environment.
• Proven track record in endpoint configuration, automated patching, and managing complex M365 tenants.
• Ability to simplify complex technical architectures for diverse stakeholders and work effectively within a matrixed global organization.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent certifications. ITIL knowledge is highly valued.
• Professional fluency in English (C1/C2). Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
