Job description:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements (mainly construction, production, supply & services contracts) in Lithuanian and English
- Drafting, reviewing and replying to claims and complaints
- Advising project teams about contracts, compliance, risks, etc.
- Assistance in development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
- Keeping up-to-date with legal practice and industry regulations
Requirements:
- University degree in Law
- At least 3-7 years of work experience as a lawyer (construction experience – big advantage)
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and effectively multitask
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and complex tasks
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, including written and verbal communication skills (a must)
- Skills in time management, prioritization and deadline handling
