As our new Legal Counsel in Lithuania, you won't just be reviewing contracts; you will be a strategic business partner helping to energize the future of our region.
Your Place in our International Team
You will join a closely working Group Legal team of four experts spread across our international locations. While we work from different countries, we operate as one. You will report to our Chief Legal Counsel in Tallinn and collaborate daily with local management, specialist teams, and your legal peers across the Baltics. We bridge distances through seamless digital collaboration and regular face-to-face meetings, ensuring you are never working in isolation despite your independent role.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary legal business partner for local management and growth projects.
- Manage, identify, and monitor legal risks independently, delivering holistic solutions.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and handle complex documentation with a hands-on approach.
- Coordinate the legal standpoint of procurement, KYC, and insurance topics with local and group experts.
- Represent the company before state institutions, regulators, and law enforcement in tandem with management.
- Collaborate with external law firms on specialized legal topics when required.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a legal role (in-house experience is a strong advantage).
- A genuine interest in the energy sector and a desire to deepen your expertise.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Proven ability to lead complicated legal negotiations (e.g., large-scale contracts).
- A proactive, results-oriented personality with the persistence to overcome obstacles.
