About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will own marketing analytics across the company and help our Growth and Marketing teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
You will work across multiple acquisition channels, stakeholders and initiatives, ensuring marketing data is reliable, accessible and actionable.
We're looking for someone who doesn't stop at reporting what happened but can explain why it happened and what we should do next.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing data and analytics across the organization.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze marketing channel performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Work across multiple data sources and systems.
- Support attribution and marketing measurement initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Help Marketing and Growth teams make data-driven decisions.
- Create a scalable framework for measuring marketing performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership and channel owners.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with digital marketing data.
- Experience in a SaaS business environment.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with DBT.
- Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive approach.
Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), DBT, Lightdash, Mixpanel, Growthbook.
