Job description:

Lead one of the factory's core manufacturing departments, managing a team of 40+ employees through 3 Team Leaders as a member of the Operations Management Team.
Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage, coach and develop the Paintshop team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and HSE requirements are consistently met.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Support the implementation of new technologies, products and process improvements.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, ideally within a paintshop or another industrial environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, operational performance and manufacturing equipment.
Experience applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Chemistry or a related technical field (Chemistry is an advantage).
Fluent English and Lithuanian (B2+).
Hands-on, analytical and proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
