Task information:
- Manage relationships with assigned clients: developing and keeping excellent relationship with all
- Proactively identify new opportunities\services for current clients, engage clients with new products and services
- Manage current clients’ portfolio and increase its quality
- Ensure competitive/business intelligence on place within assigned business vertical
- Achieve budget revenue with assigned portfolio
- Support local and/or global tenders, prepare financial proposals and offers
- Coordinate work with international account management team when appropriate
- Manage Statement of Work (SOW) – agreed with certain clients standardized policy of communication and cooperation between TP and these clients
- Identify SOW gaps\risks and propose, confirm and implement solutions
- Maintain Client Satisfaction Surveys and execute action plans, if needed (KSAT management)
Requirements:
- Work experience as senior manager or above.
- English – Upper-Intermediate
- Strong analytical skills
- Orientation for result, stress resistance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Database operation experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
