Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Chief of C.S (Czech Republic, Slovakia) Sales Group (Kaunas) to join our growing Sales team in Lithuania.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

  • You will lead your own sales team;
  • You should be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales process until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently;
  • Ongoing maintenance of internal systems and ensuring that all group managers fill the systems correctly;
  • 100% assurance of sales plan realization;
  • Help for the Head of the region and other assigned tasks performing within the responsibilities of the position;
  • Business trips (possibility to travel at least 1 time per month),

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • Right approach to internal systems;
  • English language skills;
  • Proven B2B sales experience – minimum 2 years;
  • Leadership skills, good organizational skills;
  • Willingness to tackle challenges and orientation towards results;
  • We will consider as an advantage: Team leading experience;

OUR OFFER 

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~2990 Eur - 3650 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
