Currently, we are inviting a highly experienced Head of Development to join our management team in Vilnius and lead Teltonika offices in the Americas continent. The Head of Development will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, expanding Teltonika offices in the Americas, enhancing financial performance, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing operational and financial indicators.

AS A HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Developing and implementing of long-term company growth strategy in the Americas  
  • Opening new offices and managing operational activities in both existing and newly established offices within the continent
  • Leading the CEOs of Teltonika offices in the Americas continent, setting and evaluating their operational goals ensuring office expansion, hiring, and integrating employees
  • Developing financial strategies and plans with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
  • Developing sales strategies considering market needs and competition
  • Planning and implementation of effective marketing strategies in new markets
  • Fostering effective collaboration with finance, HR, logistics, and HQ
  • Monitoring the performance of the continent and assessment of their effectiveness 

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of successful leadership experience 
  • Strong background in operations, finance, sales, and business management
  • Proven track record of success in opening offices in new markets, leading companies, and expanding businesses      
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strategic thinking with a strong operational and business mindset
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures

SALARY:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 45 Eur/h up to 55 Eur/h (~7500 Eur – 9100 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and, with quarterly bonuses which depend on your results.
