Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Head of Region to join our growing Asia Sales Team in Vilnius, Lithuania, to work with Energy devices portfolio oriented to B2B market needs!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain regional sales group managers (Team Leads), representing Energy sales in Asia region
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
  • Hire & lead experienced team
  • Provide training and counselling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
  • Expand and manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • Have 3+ years of successful leadership experience to drive regional sales group managers of Asia region
  • Have proven experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Have extensive B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • Are results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently
  • Have market knowledge; work experience selling EV charger stations products would be advantage
  • Are very good in English

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 30 Eur/h up to 40 Eur/h (~4960 Eur – 6610 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
