Product Manager, Voice & Data
My name is Fredrik Dahlström, and I am leading the Product Management team in Voice & Data, Common Product and Services. Our team is passionate about developing new services and products for our customers, excelling in customer experience and we are now looking for a like-minded Product Manager in Vilnius to join our team of Voice & Data in Product Area Connectivity.
As a Product manager you will be responsible for our mobile products for consumers and enterprises in Lithuania. Products in scope are mobile prepaid and roaming.
Your next challenge?
As Product Manager in Voice & Data, you will:
Have a key role in driving the realization and Lifecycle management of the Mobile services in Lithuania in close co-operation with the Business Units and customer operations
Be responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products that meet our customer’s needs.
Establish an excellent collaboration with our colleagues in Telia Lithuania to ensure time to market, go to market and continuous improvement of the Mobile services
Be part of a global cross-border team of product area experts and work with like-minded professionals
Ensure Telia’s mobile products meet the customer requirements and stay competitive in the fast-developing technology landscape
Act as a leader in the product domain across the organization
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Driving product development and offering realization based on prioritized roadmap
Driving and securing quality, efficiency, security and profitability of the product
Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey
Owning product documentation
Who are you?
Our ideal candidate has a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (such as communications engineering, network technologies, ICT, computer science, etc.), has fact-based mindset and good communication skills. In this position fluent English is required. First and foremost, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person that sets the customer in focus.

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as communications engineering, network technologies, ICT, computer science, etc.
Fluent English and Lithuanian
Experience in frame works such as SAFe, Lean and Agile way of working
Experience on telecom operator mobile products
Understanding of networking technologies
Experience in product development and product lifecycle management
Experience in customer operations and customer requirement management
