We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Operation Specialist who can take charge of our IT production platforms, manage device/license subscriptions, and oversee logistics flows of hardware devices. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our product catalogue updates and processing end-of-lease returns.

To ensure that we maintain the highest standards in our licensing agreements and deliver exceptional accuracy in our customer orders, we are seeking a detail-oriented candidate who can internalize and adhere to the specific terms of software licenses.

As a Service Operation Specialist at Telia, you will join a team that is passionate about technology, innovation, and customer satisfaction. In this role, we are looking for an individual who can take on responsibilities that include:

  • Performing customer migration activities across various IT production and commerce platforms.
  • Managing customer interactions along with device/license subscriptions within Telia’s ecosystem.
  • Conducting follow-ups with customers through emails or IT systems post-migration.
  • Processing customer orders diligently while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Rigorously reviewing and comprehending the terms and conditions associated with various software licenses to prevent discrepancies.
  • Diligently monitoring order processes to avoid incompatible sales, such as ensuring that M365 Business Premium is not mistakenly bundled with E5 security or verifying eligibility for academic licenses before issuance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements within our partner programs to ensure all transactions are valid and meet program criteria.

Under your diligent service management, our customers will experience seamless commercial and technical reconfigurations of their products and services. You’ll also be pivotal in handling end-of-lease processes for hardware returns as well as managing forward/reverse logistics for hardware devices. Your keen attention to detail will be critical in avoiding costly errors and ensuring that every order aligns with product offerings and customer eligibility. Your proactive approach will safeguard against non-compliance issues, guaranteeing that Telia continues to uphold its reputation for reliability and integrity in all customer transactions.

  • Previous experience in managing IT platform migrations with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.
  • Some experience working in subscription management within various software ecosystems such as Microsoft.
  • A knack for handling product catalogues and pricing updates across different product areas.
  • It’s a plus if you are experienced with logistics operations related to consumer electronics or similar fields.
  • It’s a plus if you understand financial leasing processes, particularly regarding end-of-lease hardware returns.

While specific certifications or degrees are not mandatory for this role, we value any relevant educational background or certifications that demonstrate your expertise and commitment to continuous learning.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 1 607 Eur (gross) to 2 411 Eur  (gross) per month plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
