In the field of biosimilars, Fresenius Kabi develops products with a focus on oncology and autoimmune diseases. In order to develop its Biosimilars business in the Baltic States, we are looking for a sales development expert to manage this portfolio.

As a Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for launching the company's Biosimilar portfolio in the markets. Fresenius Kabi is looking for someone with a strong Specialty Care background who understands the complexities of promoting high cost products. A sales background within Biosimilars, Biologics, Oncology, Hematology, Rheumatology or similar is essential for this role.

Area of competence:

Management, Medicine, pharmaceuticals, veterinary, Sales management

Task information:

  • Leading and developing relationships within key accounts across the Baltic states;
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local customer environment and ensuring that the company's strategies are aligned accordingly;
  • Maintaining a regular supply of relevant medical, scientific and general information about the company's products to support key customer groups;
  • Negotiating and implementing commercial terms for regional customer accounts;
  • Ensuring sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in key account management in Healthcare;
  • Experience of promoting Specialty Care pharmaceuticals and proven track record of success in sales;
  • Current knowledge of national Health Care strategy, structure and funding/patient pathways;
  • Master’s degree in medicine or natural science;
  • Business acumen;
  • Result orientation, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and excellent English language skills.
