The opportunity

We are looking for HR Business Partner to join EY Talent team. You will work closely with EY business leaders and provide advice and guidance on all Talent matters that contribute to achievement of EY Baltics strategy and objectives. You will produce people strategies to meet the strategic imperatives of the business and improve the Talent experience for all the employees. As HR Business Partner, you will also collaborate closely with the rest of Talent team.

Your key responsibilities

Partner & build relationships with stakeholders to create & implement strategic talent initiatives & various change activities.
Contribute to workforce planning activities in terms of understanding capability, skills development, pipeline etc.
Proactively use data provided by technology and /or HR Services to provide insights to business.
Advise & partner with the business on developing a culture that underpins our values, promotes high-performance teaming, and enables the delivery of exceptional client service.
Work together with the business partners on various talent management topics (e.g., People engagement, performance etc.) & collaborate closely with the rest of Baltic Talent team.

Credibility with business leaders based on a detailed understanding of the business and how better engagement with Talent can deliver improved performance.
Ability to develop clear, actionable plans in support of an overall business & Talent strategy.
Strong client focus with the ability to build good relationships (locally & virtually/ across borders), engage and influence others, with good change management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels.
Fluent in Lithuanian & English.
