We are currently inviting an ambitious Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kaunas, Lithuania and support the Teltonika Networks team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika IoT goals and growth objectives
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment to hire top talents to our growing team of Teltonika Networks
- Lead and mentor a team from 4 Talent Acquisition specialists providing guidance, support and performance feedback
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes and ways of working to achieve the growth objectives
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation in line with global policies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes and selection criteria
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process promoting our employee value proposition
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Continuously analyse of market and competitors
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to leadership
- Collaborate with global team to decide the best initiatives to implement
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable role
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and technologies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Success Factors would be a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
OUR OFFER
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~3000 Eur – 3800 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
