About the role
We're looking for a Product Data Analyst who will become a strategic partner to our Product teams and help shape the future of Sintra through data.
This role goes far beyond reporting. You'll help identify growth opportunities, design experiments, measure product performance, challenge assumptions and drive better product decisions.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers and Leadership to ensure product decisions are backed by data and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests.
- Analyze product usage data and user behavior.
- Identify product growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support the full product development lifecycle through analytics.
- Define and maintain key product metrics.
- Ensure accurate event tracking and data collection.
- Analyze feature performance and user adoption.
- Partner with Product teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Help build a strong experimentation culture across the organization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with DBT.
- Experience using Python for analytics and automation.
- Understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), DBT, Lightdash, Mixpanel, Growthbook.
