Product Specialist Cyber Security & IAM

 As the Product Specialist Cyber Security, & IAM you will:

• Act as the technical authority within the Cyber Security domain, related topics ensuring consistent implementation of company’s security standards and controls across infrastructure and services.
• Act as the technical authority for all IAM related topics ensuring identity governance, authentication and authorization services operate securely and efficiently across the organization
• Support the Team Lead - Connectivity, Cyber Security & IAM in executing the roadmap, defining secure architecture standards, and ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and compliance frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize cybersecurity components within agreed service levels — including endpoint, network, and cloud security controls.
• Design and implement IAM components, including role models, provisioning flows, access policies and authentication mechanism.
• Validate the work of service providers to ensure adherence to defined standards, SLAs, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Service Managers, and Product Owners to ensure security is embedded in all designs and operations and compliance with user friendly IAM environment is triggered
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving threats, technologies, and industry best practices, and translate these into actionable improvement for security posture and user experience.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT security & IAM operations, architecture, or engineering, including hands-on implementation responsibilities.
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, XDR(Defender), Sentinel and vulnerability management.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security solutions in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and risk management principles.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, translating technical risks and mitigations into business-relevant language.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Progressive experience in IAM administration, engineering, or operations, including hybrid identity environments.
• Deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, and directory services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and integration of on-premises and cloud IAM systems.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA).
• Experience maintaining and improving role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements for identity management (e.g., least privilege, joiner/mover/leaver processes).
