Recruitment Specialist

• Search and recruit candidates from European countries
• Use different recruitment channels, databases, social media, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate information and recruitment documentation
• Work closely with project managers and office team members
• Find new ways and markets to attract skilled industrial workers

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Confidence in contacting people directly
• Strong communication skills
• Good spoken English and Russian
• Organized and systematic way of working
• Result-oriented mindset

• Have experience recruiting internationally
• Already have contacts, networks, or sourcing channels in European countries
• Understand industrial or construction-related roles
