Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on recruiter who genuinely enjoys recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to candidates and hiring managers while helping build strong teams across both technology and business functions.

You do not need to be a highly senior recruiter. What matters most is your mindset: curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality recruitment.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technology and business roles.
• Proactively source and approach candidates through headhunting and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and, depending on the role, participate in interviews together with hiring managers.
• Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Help build strong and sustainable teams.
• Share market insights and suggest improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

• Hands-on recruitment experience gained in an in-house environment, recruitment agency, or both.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews.
• Experience recruiting for technology and business roles.
• A proactive and recruitment-focused mindset.
• Genuine motivation to work directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Adaptability, ownership, and confidence in sharing ideas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
