Better starts and ends with the customer
We’ll be looking for you to develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland to meet our registration, customer acquisition, retention & revenue targets. You will be leading growth marketing initiatives in the region, ensuring Brand visibility and performance across all funnel stages. You will be able to analyze marketing performance and optimize budget allocation across paid media channels. You will also proficiently collaborate with media agency making sure that each of the media channels is delivering expected performance, optimize through Test & Learn and trial initiatives.
This role requires deep knowledge of app marketing and activation, including mobile payment methods, mobile product marketing, app channel tracking, App store optimization (ASO). You will need to have a great understanding on changing marketing landscape and be able to adapt strategies based on GDPR and other consumer privacy requirements.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth user journey and experience across the funnel – Brand, Product, CRM, SEO/ASO, UX, Content, etc. To achieve this you will need exceptional communicational and organizational skills. For this role, fluency in English is essential while German language skills would be considered as an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 32,745 – 62,673 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
