Risk Officer

• Develop and maintain risk frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with local and EU regulations
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks
• Design and track risk mitigation strategies and evaluate control effectiveness
• Conduct assurance reviews, incident analysis, and root cause investigations
• Prepare and present risk reports to management and the Board, including the annual Risk Management Report
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and Bank of Lithuania inspections
• Act as the local risk point of contact, collaborating across functions and with global risk stakeholders
• Deliver risk awareness training and promote a strong risk culture
• Monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and support special risk initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture through teamwork, onboarding, and engagement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in finance, economics, business, law, IT, or a related field
• Strong understanding of fraud‑related legal and regulatory frameworks, along with risk management frameworks, the three‑lines‑of‑defense model, and regulatory risk principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present risk concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and the Board
• Proficiency in English (Lithuanian is a strong advantage)
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally and internationally
• Adaptability in a dynamic regulatory and business environment
• Familiarity with risk tools, data analysis (Excel, Power BI), and incident tracking systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in risk assessments and reporting
