Job description:

  • Managing the complete sales cycle from first discovery call to signed contract;
  • Working exclusively with inbound leads generated by the marketing team, no cold calling or outbound prospecting;
  • Conducting structured discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities;
  • Preparing and delivering product demonstrations to real estate professionals;
  • Supporting Microsoft Business Central partners throughout the sales process;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners;

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate development, management, leasing operations, asset management, or property administration.
  • Strong understanding of how property managers, landlords, and commercial tenants operate and what drives their day-to-day decisions.
  • English at C1 level.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Consultative, structured approach to sales, you listen and analyze before you pitch.
  • Readiness to learn a software product and present it independently.
