Job description:
- Managing the complete sales cycle from first discovery call to signed contract;
- Working exclusively with inbound leads generated by the marketing team, no cold calling or outbound prospecting;
- Conducting structured discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities;
- Preparing and delivering product demonstrations to real estate professionals;
- Supporting Microsoft Business Central partners throughout the sales process;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate development, management, leasing operations, asset management, or property administration.
- Strong understanding of how property managers, landlords, and commercial tenants operate and what drives their day-to-day decisions.
- English at C1 level.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Consultative, structured approach to sales, you listen and analyze before you pitch.
- Readiness to learn a software product and present it independently.
