Job description:

Deliver and support accounting and financial transactions such as Bank Statements, AP, Travel Expenses, Intercompany, Cash Management/Treasury.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month/year end closing tasks in accordance with applicable GAAP.
Support cooperation with external partners: auditors, tax advisors, service providers, and banks.
Prepare agreed financial reports for Kaunas CoE entities.
Contribute to development of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist financial analysts during annual planning cycles.
Collaborate with corporate accounting and other corporate departments.
Support preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial metrics.
Help define and monitor KPIs for the Kaunas CoE organization.
Support implementation of Concur, Coupa, E‑invoicing and other financial tools.
Act as Key User for systems such as COUPA, SAP, travel expense tools, and KPI analytics.
Drive improvements in administrative and financial processes across business entities and Kaunas Finance.

2–5 years of experience in an international environment.
At least 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
Basic knowledge of financial closing processes (Financial Statements, Month/Year-End).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Accounting qualification or equivalent background.
Proven SAP experience.
Project and change management exposure.
Experience working in a Shared Service Center.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Hands-on, proactive working style.
Excellent command of Business English.
German or other European languages (French, Italian, Dutch) considered an advantage.
