Job description:

Deliver and support accounting and financial transactions such as Bank Statements, AP, Travel Expenses, Intercompany, Cash Management/Treasury;
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month/year end closing tasks in accordance with applicable GAAP;
Support cooperation with external partners: auditors, tax advisors, service providers, and banks;
Prepare agreed financial reports for Kaunas CoE entities;
Contribute to development of internal controls, policies, and procedures;
Assist financial analysts during annual planning cycles;
Collaborate with corporate accounting and other corporate departments;
Support preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial metrics;
Help define and monitor KPIs for the Kaunas CoE organization;
Support implementation of Concur, Coupa, E‑invoicing and other financial tools;
Act as Key User for systems such as COUPA, SAP, travel expense tools, and KPI analytics;
Drive improvements in administrative and financial processes across business entities and Kaunas Finance.

2-5 years of experience in an international environment.
At least 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
Basic knowledge of financial closing processes (Financial Statements, Month/Year-End);
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration;
Accounting qualification or equivalent background;
Proven SAP experience;
Project and change management exposure;
Experience working in a Shared Service Center;
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Hands-on, proactive working style;
Excellent command of Business English;
German or other European languages (French, Italian, Dutch) considered an advantage.
