Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a colleague, who would join the Data Engineering Team and help us develop Data solutions in a cloud based Microsoft Fabric data platform. Advanced data analytics will be one of our key sources of global competitive advantages. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

• Building and operating reliable, scalable data pipelines using Python, Airflow and Microsoft Fabric
• Integrating data from 50+ sources (on-prem, cloud, APIs) into a unified data platform
• Designing and evolving lakehouse/warehouse patterns, data models, and transformation layers
• Owning data quality, observability, security, and compliance-by-design across pipelines and storage
• Leading technical solution design end-to-end — from requirements to production rollout
• Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Expertise with data modelling, ETL/ELT and warehouse/lakehouse concepts
• Expertise with building data pipelines using common orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Experience leading and implementing data governance frameworks and data cataloging tools
• Comfortable with mentoring and growing more junior team members

Would be an advantage:

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Microsoft Azure in general
• Experience with dbt
