Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a strategically important phase of the company’s data platform development. The successful candidate will work on DWH architecture development, data pipelines, system integrations, and ensuring data quality across the organization. You will also play an active role in improving data maturity and building practical data solutions together with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines
• Design and develop the company’s data platform (DWH) architecture
• Model and transform data using bronze/silver/gold principles
• Develop and maintain system integrations and API solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and a reliable “single source of truth.”
• Assess data maturity and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business teams to create practical data solutions
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, monitoring, and testing practices

• 4+ years of experience working with production-grade data pipelines
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or similar
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar
• Hands-on experience building and developing Data Warehouses (DWH)
• Ability to design efficient data architecture and layered data models
• Experience with API integrations and system connectivity
• Engineering discipline: version control, testing, monitoring, and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teams
• English and/or Lithuanian language skills

• Experience working with Azure
• Experience in logistics, customs, or regulated document environments
• Russian language skills
