SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Financial Management division of Ignitis grupės paslaugų centras, where you’ll be responsible for financial controlling, planning and performance analytics in IT. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Developing and improving existing processes, controls, reports, and KPI systems
• Organizing and coordinating the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Preparing periodical performance reports for management
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Development of the pricing model
• Leading particular Group projects related to accounting, reporting and overall Finance function
• Being a sparring partner to IT management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Economics, or a closely related field
• At least 4 years of experience in finance, financial control or finance business partnering
• Experience in financial modeling
• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers

Would be an advantage:

• Skills in working with MS Power BI
• Familiarity with IFRS; ACCA/CFA qualification
