Senior Loan Manager

As a Senior Loan Manager, you will play a critical role in growing Estateguru’s loan portfolio in Lithuania. You will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing real estate-backed loans, while building long-term relationships with property developers and business clients.

This role combines business development, financial analysis, and loan portfolio management, and is essential to Estateguru’s growth plans in the Baltic region!

Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage new loan volume.
• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of real estate developers, construction companies, and business borrowers.
• Conduct loan underwriting and desktop analysis of real estate-backed projects.
• Manage the full loan lifecycle - from first contact to funding.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with international lending teams in Estonia and Latvia.

• Proven experience as a Loan Manager / Credit Manager / Underwriter, specifically with mortgage-backed real estate loans.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, project financing, and financial analysis.
• Ability to independently manage loan portfolios and credit cases.
• Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (working language in international teams).
