Job description:
- Develop QA system (SOPs, documents, incoming/outgoing inspection procedures).
- Define quality indicators and critical inspection points for each product/subsystem.
- Audit external manufacturers and suppliers.
- CAPA, NCR, RCA implementation and control as well as change management process assurance.
- Functional testing definition.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in QA, ability independently establish quality systems from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electromechanics.
- Experience in hardware manufacturing company (high value-added, precision electromechanical products).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and structure processes from the ground up.
