Job description:

Own and scale mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on app installs, conversions, and growth
Manage and optimize media budgets of €100k+ monthly
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, run A/B tests, and turn insights into actionable improvements
Collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams to improve user acquisition performance and customer journey
Brief designers on ad creatives and continuously test creative performance
Work with attribution, analytics, and performance tracking tools to improve ROI and campaign efficiency
Contribute to growth strategy discussions together with senior stakeholders and country/business leads
Stay up to date with performance marketing, mobile growth, and user acquisition trends

Strong experience in performance marketing focused on mobile user acquisition
Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC
Experience working with mobile apps, gaming, subscription-based products, fintech apps, or other performance-driven digital products
Proven experience managing and scaling significant media budgets
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, attribution, and optimization
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and business stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Fluent English
