Senior Platform Engineer

• Build a developer experience platform that makes shipping fast and safe;
• Design and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure with Docker and Helm;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Set up end-to-end observability across logs and metrics;
• Manage secrets and access across environments;
• Define platform standards, tooling, and ways of working as the team grows;
• Partner with engineers on reliability, performance, and security.

• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE;
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm;
• Solid background in CI/CD, including GitOps with ArgoCD;
• Experience with observability stacks;
• Comfortable with infrastructure as code (OpenTofu) and secrets management (OpenBao);
• Track record of building developer-facing platforms or tooling;
• Able to set direction independently and shape your own roadmap.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry;
• Background setting up a platform function from scratch;
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance basics (DORA, PCI DSS, NIS2).
