Job description:
- Fully own the recruitment process for engineering and product roles;
- Conduct structured interviews, accurately assess role-specific requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships to build a network of potential candidates;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process;
- Continuously seek innovative ways to improve the recruitment process and provide the best candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment within a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment;
- Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Willingness to explore and implement new processes and approaches;
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and work environments
- Fluency in English
