Job description:

Design the visual and interaction experience for our mobile and web apps;
Build and maintain the design system;
Create polished, high-quality interfaces with a clear and trustworthy visual style;
Turn complex financial products and flows into simple, intuitive experiences;
Map user journeys, create wireframes, and build prototypes;
Work with the Head of Product to shape the end-to-end customer experience;
Define and improve the design toolkit and workflow, including prototyping and handover to engineering;
Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are feasible and implemented accurately;
Help bring third-party vendor components into a consistent product experience;
Contribute to a design culture that values quality, speed, consistency, and usability.

Strong experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products, ideally in fintech, banking, SaaS, or other information-heavy environments;
A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and clear thinking in complex user flows;
Strong Figma skills and experience with modern design workflows;
Experience building or contributing to design systems across mobile and web;
Good understanding of responsive design, layout systems, components, and interaction patterns;
Comfortable working across both UI and UX, from early discovery to polished final designs;
Good understanding of design handoff and how designs are built in web and native mobile apps;
Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and structured handoff processes;
Ability to work closely with product and engineering in a fast-moving environment;
Clear communication skills and confidence in explaining design decisions.
