Solution Architect Hosting & Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Hosting & Cloud who will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-level infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

In this role, you will act as the lead architect for the Hosting & Cloud product platform, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence across global IT services.

As a Solution Architect – Hosting & Cloud, you will:

• Design and evolve the hybrid hosting architecture covering Microsoft Azure and on-premise environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead technical design for core components such as backup & recovery (Veeam), Active Directory, certificate management, DNS, and DevOps enablement.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Platform Owners, SMEs, Service Managers, and delivery partners to ensure end-to-end solution delivery and lifecycle management.
• Ensure consistency, documentation, and adherence to architectural standards across projects and change initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide the implementation of innovative hosting and cloud solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Apply “Security by Design” principles in all designs, implementations, and operational activities, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards and best practices.

• 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including at least 5 years in architecture or integration leadership roles across multiple technology domains, especially related to hosting & cloud solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud and hybrid hosting technologies (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Veeam, DNS, virtualization, DevOps tooling).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale infrastructure architectures.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and identity management principles relevant to hybrid environments.
• Ability to define and document architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (security, operations, product management, vendors) in complex global environments.
• Skills in translating business needs into technical solutions that are reliable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Experience leading or supporting infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern automation, monitoring, and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) approaches.
