Job description:

Manage the full recruitment process for roles across Commercial, Sales, Operations, and other functions in the Nordics and Lithuania, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Utilize a variety of tools and methods to attract top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment campaigns, networking and managing preferred suppliers.
Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with an international team of recruiters to ensure a cohesive and effective talent acquisition strategy across regions.
Contribute to the continuous development of talent acquisition capabilities by sharing best practices and helping to refine the recruitment processes and systems.
Develop a deep understanding of the talent market in the Nordics and Lithuania, advising the company on trends, challenges, and opportunities in recruitment.

At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple regions, particularly in the Nordics and Lithuania.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus).
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for growing talent acquisition capabilities.
