Job description:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process for roles in the Nordics and Lithuania, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of tools and methods to attract top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment campaigns, networking and managing preferred suppliers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- International Teamwork: Collaborate with an international team of recruiters to ensure a cohesive and effective talent acquisition strategy across regions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous development of talent acquisition capabilities by sharing best practices and helping to refine the recruitment processes and systems.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the talent market in the Nordics and Lithuania, advising the company on trends, challenges, and opportunities in recruitment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple regions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for growing talent acquisition capabilities.
- Experience hiring in international markets is considered as an advantage.
- Experience working within healthcare or a related industry is considered as an advantage.
