Team Lead Hosting & Cloud

The Product Platform “Hosting & Cloud” provides the technological foundation for all enterprise applications and services across the organization. It covers on-premise infrastructure, private and public cloud hosting environments, and core IT services that ensure secure, resilient, and scalable computing capabilities. The platform enables agility, supports digital transformation, and ensures compliance through standardized architectures and automation.

As the Product Platform Owner - Hosting & Cloud, you will:

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Hosting & Cloud platform, ensuring continuous optimization and measurable business value.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of SMEs, Solution Architects, and Service Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth within the platform.
• Ensure “Security by Design” principles are applied across all platform activities, embedding cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards into every stage of product and service lifecycle.
• Balance innovation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Align the Hosting & Cloud strategy with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and business continuity goals.
• Act as a coach and motivator for the platform team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability.
• Drive standardization, automation, and reliability improvements across all hosting services.
• Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions that enable modernization and secure growth.
• Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and change management for the platform.
• Manage contracts for hosting and cloud components, ensuring vendor performance and value delivery.

• 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or cloud services, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure), backup and recovery, Active Directory, and DevOps initiatives.
• Deep product and domain expertise in hosting, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, hybrid models, DevOps, automation).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, with demonstrated success in developing team capabilities and fostering collaboration.
• Experience in end-to-end product ownership, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and operations.
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets and platform financials, including cost forecasting and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks and security best practices (e.g. Azure Policy, role-based access).
• Ability to align product development with enterprise architecture and broader IT strategy.
• Skill in translating business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical designs.
• Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure uptime, service performance, and cost efficiency.
