Property Valuation SE is a part of the Center of Excellence within Property Valuation working across the Nordics. Our team consist of 13 people based in different locations in Sweden and Lithuania. You will be located in Lithuania together with colleagues working with Sweden and Finland.

Property Valuation SE is responsible to perform valuations for commercial properties, private properties, agriculture and forest properties in Sweden. Our scope of responsibilities include new valuations and yearly updated of existing values. In addition, we are sparring partners to our stakeholders in real estate related matters. Our team is ensuring that all commercial properties, private properties,  agriculture and forest properties and its valuations in Danske Bank are carefully conducted and monitored.

Mission

  • Performing property valuations fast and efficiently in line with our internal procedures and Danske Bank’s requirements. You will start to handle annual property valuation updates in a precise manner
  • Carefully evaluating market parameters while analyzing existing rents, costs and yields and applying that overview for a unique property
  • Documenting your findings in internal systems and templates
  • Effective and proactive communication with colleagues as well as with other stakeholders across Nordics (mostly Sweden)

Skills

  • Swedish language is required for this position (A2-C2 level). In addition to your salary, you will receive language bonus depending on your level
  • You have the ability to work independently in a structured approach and time-sensitive environment
  • You are willing to work with large volume of routine tasks
  • You are effective communicator and curious person
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and commitment to deliver high quality on time
  • You have higher education in accounting, finance, economics or similar
  • You have been working in the banking sector or have back-office experience (at least 1 year)
  • Experience in real estate valuations would be an advantage
  • Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Specialist – Risk, Associate.
