What You Will Do:

• Partner closely with business and IT units to define, analyze, and document requirements.
•  Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our standards.
• Review functional specifications to create and execute test plans.
• Identify opportunities for business process simplification and assess technical solution feasibility.
• Provide application support within the Markets domain.

What We Expect: 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a knack for defining, analyzing, and managing requirements throughout the system or business development lifecycle.
•  Proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of leveraging data for actionable insights
• Preferably, prior experience in the banking sector and knowledge of financial derivatives
• Hold a degree in Finance or a related field? Consider yourself one step closer to joining our elite team
•  Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
