With over 25 years of expertise in the Cards business, our Pan-Baltic Cards Product team is on the lookout for a new team member to join us on our journey of innovation and excellence. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the technical components of our card products, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards.

What You Will Do:

•  Actively contribute to card development by keeping abreast of competitor developments and identifying necessary advancements.
• Support the team for new developments in fraud management, Card digital wallets VTS (Visa Tokenization service) and 3DSecure area.
• Ensure and support product compliance to PSD2 and PCI-DSS(Family) requirements in addition to reporting.
• Create a comprehensive product lifecycle management roadmap and collaborate with IT, other Cards Product Managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide internal consultations and training on the relevant laws and regulations.
• Proactively identify and assess risks associated with business activities, developing risk mitigation measures.
• Advise on regulatory and business development projects, supporting alignment, documentation, and implementation of changes.
• Conduct compliance assurance and integrity reviews and tests to ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.

What We Expect: 

•  2+ years of experience actively participating in IT project implementation in the role of Analyst, Product/ Project manager or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing and structuring requirements in written form with a deep understanding of how to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate complex content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured verbal and written form
• Awareness of IT card services and operations lifecycle. Knowledge of Banking business in Baltics countries in general, card service and card product market trends
• Advanced user of JIRA and Confluence, with Card suit software knowledge considered advantageous
• Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field
• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills are required in spoken and written communication
