Full-Stack Software Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and shipping end-to-end product slices impacting activation, retention, and revenue.
• Building and maintaining APIs, backend services, and frontend UIs that are simple, reliable, and observable.
• Modelling data, managing queues and caches, and making pragmatic trade-offs for scale, cost, and performance.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers - communicating clearly in writing.
• Using AI daily to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and analysis - while applying strong engineering judgment.
• Measuring outcomes with metrics and iterating fast based on evidence.

• Strong frontend skills (React + TypeScript) and experience in at least one backend runtime (Node, Go, or JVM).
• Practical experience with APIs, SQL/data modelling, queues/catching, CI/CD, automated tests, and observability.
• Experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, JetBrains AI) to improve speed and code quality.
• Hands-on attitude, curiosity, and drive for quality and simplicity.
• Fluent English communication skills.
